Article 1: Application Any order implies the full and unreserved acceptance of the customer to these Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 : Products and availability

Njcod-Paris.com offers for sale ready-to-wear items and fashion accessories. Njcod-Paris.com guarantees the authenticity of the products it offers for sale. Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, and until the stock is exhausted. If, however, the customer has ordered an unavailable product Njcod-Paris.com agrees to prevent it by email. In case of debiting the amount of an order relating to a product unavailable, Njcod-Paris.com undertakes within 10 days to refund the customer. In case of out of stock of one of the products of an order with several products, Njcod-Paris.com ships the rest of the order. The products offered for sale are presented and detailed with the greatest possible precision.

Article 3: Order All customer orders can be placed online on the website www.njcod-paris.com.

Article 4 : Prices

The prices indicated on the online store of Njcod-Paris.com include all taxes (TTC). When the customer validates the order by selecting a payment method, the sale is concluded. If the price of an ordered item subsequently decreases, we will not be able to compensate the customer in accordance with commercial law. We will not be able to claim a higher price from the customer if the prices increase.

Article 5 : Delivery

We undertake to deliver the goods ordered on the site www.njcod-paris.com within the period, expressed in working days, which will be displayed in the summary of your order. The delivery time runs from the receipt of your payment. The products are delivered to the address indicated during the order process. – FOR METROPOLITAN FRANCE (COLISSIMO SUIVI): THE AMOUNT OF THE COSTS OF PORT IS OF 4.90 € PER ORDER. – FOR INTERNATIONAL (COLISSIMO INTERNATIONAL): LES SHIPPING COSTS ARE OFFERED FOR ANY ORDER SUPERIOR OR EQUAL TO 65 €, FOR FRANCE AND FOR THE 27 COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Croatia, Denmark , Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal , the Czech Republic, Romania, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden. DELIVERY FEES ARE OFFERED FOR ANY ORDER SUPERIOR OR EQUAL TO 120 €, FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD.

Article 6: Billing For each delivery, www.njcod-paris.com establishes an invoice the day of the sending of the products, making reference to the order and to the ordered articles.

Article 7 : Payment

Any payment is made upon order, so:

  1. By credit card: At the time of payment, the customer is automatically directed to the secure server of our bank or PayPal. Article 8 : Return of products

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, our consumer customers have a period of seven (7) clear days from receipt of goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons nor to pay any penalties, except the costs of return. In case of dissatisfaction of a customer for any reason whatsoever, he can not claim any compensation other than the reimbursement of his order.

The contractual relations between us and our consumer customers are exclusively subject to French law.
